How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs will vary depending on where in the world you are and which shipping method you choose.
We charge a flat shipping price for orders under 2.0 kg, which means you pay the same for shipping no matter how many items you order or how much those items cost.

How long will it take for my package to arrive?

Delivery times will vary depending on where in the world you are and which shipping method you choose.
All orders are posted out within 24 - 48 business hours of us receiving them, Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm, excluding public holidays.
Estimated Delivery Times are based on most urban delivery destinations.
Note: Some Remote Regions (e.g. NT, Yukon, Northwest and Nunavut Territories) are exempt from estimated delivery times due to logistic limitations.

Standard Shipping:  $5 - $9 USD  (estimated delivery time within 2-7 business days)
Expedited Shipping:  $12 - $28 USD  (estimated delivery time within 1-3 business days)

   Australia:
Standard Shipping:  $6 - $11 AUD  (delivery to most urban areas of Australia within 3-8 business days)
Express Shipping:  $14 - $34 AUD  (delivery to most urban areas of Australia within 1-4 business days)

   Rest of the world:
Standard Shipping:  $21 - $48 USD  (estimated delivery time within 7-28 business days)
Express Shipping:  $54 - $86 USD  (estimated delivery time within 5-12 business days)

For orders placed around the holiday season, please allow extra time for processing orders.
