The Canon EOS M5 system camera combines the best features of the Canon compact and SLR cameras and ensures optimum performance in a small format camera. This processor has the image processing power required for minimal noise, greater detail and richer colors. Combined with Dual Pixel CMOS AF you define everything right down to the smallest minutiae with an impressive AF speed and extreme precision.
Whether you are shooting in sunny outdoor or a dimly lit room, the 24.2 MP APS-C sensor ensures for beautiful images. The sensor is equipped with seamless micro lenses in order to maximize the sensor surface and thus increase the light sensitivity of the pixels, while the camera at the same time is less susceptible to digital noise.
The EOS M5, the first from the M-series with electronic viewfinder, is ready to use within a second and can capture everything continuously with 7 fps, or 9 fps at a fixed AF. And if you are in motion while capturing Full HD 60p videos, the camera ensures with the 5-axis image stabilization that all images are stable, even when you use lenses without IS.
